Did you know you can haggle your way to glamorous, more affordable hair? As with many services, it’s all in how you ask, and Health.com has a quick-n-dirty list of how to get your stylist to bring the prices down a little. I’m getting my locks chopped tomorrow, and I’ll see if I can’t use some of these persuasive techniques, myself.
